All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (via EMS):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your designer lighting purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Floor, Pendant, Table and Desk, or Wall and Ceiling lighting solution, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized lighting fixtures
- Products that have been installed or used
- Wall and Ceiling fixtures showing signs of mounting or electrical connection
