Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on customized lighting fixtures or products that have been installed/used. This includes any Wall and Ceiling fixtures that show signs of mounting or electrical connection.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
