Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note that we cannot ship to some Asian and remote regions.
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its journey from our Anchorage showroom to your doorstep.
Do you offer expedited shipping for urgent projects?
Our Standard Shipping option via DHL or FedEx is our fastest available service (10-15 business days). While we don’t offer overnight shipping, this method is ideal for time-sensitive projects when you need designer lighting pieces promptly.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How are refunds processed?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
